Service Description

Developed by Dr. Jane Nelsen.Positive parenting is about creating a nurturing home environment based on mutual respect, where children feel safe and supported, and ultimately grow into happy, responsible adults. The purpose of positive discipline is to teach children rules, values and behavior in a non-punitive way, helping them to develop self-discipline. Using discussion and insightful experiential activities on a virtual platform you will: ✔ Discover what your child's behavior really means and effective responses. ✔ Identify common parenting traps and what to do instead. ✔ Explore and practice positive redirections for positive results. ✔ Use connection before correction. ✔ Understand how your language and behavior impact your surroundings. Note: Class will be canceled and refunds provided if enrollment is less than 6 people
