Robert Reginald Hagans III is a Certified Life Coach, motivational speaker and specialist in behavior management. Mr. Hagans offers Open Hands to share experience, knowledge, and tools in pursuit of building a stronger community.  Mr. Hagans believes that the strongest foundation of any bond is open communication and trust. For over ten years, he has worked with parents, educators, administrators, and at-risk youth to provide healthy strategies to overcome difficult obstacles. His experience in mental health institutions, detention facilities, and schools have provided him skills including, but not limited to: building or restoring relationships, crisis intervention, parental education, facilitating therapeutic groups, and mediation.

 

Mr. Hagans provides certified trainings to staff that work with students, clients or patients that struggle with childhood trauma, conduct disorders, and mental health issues. Thanks to his education, training and experience Robert has been recognized and awarded for his actions that led to saving lives directly and indirectly.
